Samsung Bedarra Series 7.0kW Reverse Cycle Split System – Maximum Bedarra Capacity

The 7.0kW is the largest unit in the Bedarra range and conditions very large living areas and light commercial spaces of roughly 60 to 70 square metres from a single wall-mounted head. For big open-plan homes and small businesses it is frequently the most cost-effective alternative to ducted or cassette systems: lower installed cost, one day on site rather than several, and only one outdoor unit to find room for.

Large open-plan family homes and shed conversions, retail floors, waiting rooms, salons, gyms and studios, cafes and restaurants, warehouse offices and open-plan office areas. Also a practical choice for the upper level of a two-storey home, where one well-placed head can serve the whole floor.

Before you order this capacity

We recommend a site assessment. At 7.0kW the delivered performance depends heavily on head positioning, pipe run length, correct refrigerant charge, outdoor airflow clearance and available electrical supply. Expect a dedicated circuit and, in older Brisbane properties, a switchboard check. Mounting position also needs proper thought for boundary clearances and neighbour noise.

In long, narrow or partitioned spaces, two smaller units usually deliver better air distribution and useful redundancy for a similar total cost – and we will tell you honestly if that is the better answer for your layout.
